Chasing the Day in Plaid

I've been in love with the grunge trend way back when I was in college, but I love the new grunge trend more - plaids, dress and boots they work great together.
The blogosphere is always packed with plaid, tartans, checkered it's a major craze in fact I'm addicted to it. Lately  Choies sent me this beautiful Dress which I paired with my thrifted plaid jacket that I bought a few weeks ago from a thrift store. I actually have that same color plaid jacket before, but I gave it away when a friend of mine begged it from me, So when I saw another replica of it, I bought it. Also added a gothic inspired butterfly ring and a clutch bag to complete the look.

January is a cold, dreary hectic month for me and it felt like I'm chasing the day everyday!
But what's better than chasing a day in the most fashionable way. Agree? =)
